Mercy Health Care Expands Presence in Hazelwood

Mercy Clinic Pediatrics – North County held a Grand Opening ribbon-cutting ceremony on Jan. 9, 2019, to celebrate their newly expanded facility. This beautiful new space will make health care more accessible, convenient and personal than ever before. The office is set up like a U-shaped race track with exam rooms disbursed on all sides. Support staff is strategically placed in the middle with doctors’ offices in the back.

“Serving the community starts with the doctors and staff. They are dedicated to the City of Hazelwood and surrounding North County area. A couple of physicians even live in this area. We’re already seeing a large uptick in the number of newborns who are coming here. And, I’m sure a great number of new patients will find their way here, now that we have this new space,” said Dr. John Hubert, physician group president, Mercy Clinic St. Louis.

The new facility is located at 637 Dunn Road Room 102B, next to the Mercy Urgent Care. Newborns all the way up to kids in college (ages 1-18) will be treated here. The staff consists of 4 pediatric physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 office manager and 8-9 support staff members. Although they don’t have x-ray or lab equipment, these services are available next door in Urgent Care.
