St. Louis Outlet Mall
The St. Louis Outlet Mall was built in 2003. It is a large regional mall with a number of national retailers. The concept is an outlet and discount mall. It is a fun place at which to shop.
Park 370 surrounds St. Louis Outlet Mall. It is zoned light industrial and is easily accessed from MO 370. Tenants include GT Advanced Technologies, Schnucks, Luxco, American Metals Supply and AAA.
Brown Campus, at I-270 and McDonnell Blvd., is the city’s largest office campus. The buildings are in a park-like setting which includes a lake. Tenants in the park include bioMerieux, Flight Safety International, Covidien offices, Boeing offices and many others.
Hazelwood Trade Port
Hazelwood Trade Port is a new industrial park being planned by NorthPoint Development. It will be located behind Park 370 and include large, industrial buildings. The park is anticipated to begin construction in the spring of 2018.
